Handwash
Cashmere should be washed in cold water with a neutral detergent.
Machine washable
Wash the plaid placed in a specific washing bag and use a specific detergent for wool. Select the cold wool program and spin as little as possible at no more than 600 rpm.
Drying
Wring out without twisting the garment, but by rolling it up in a terry towel and then absorb the remaining water with another dry towel. Lay the garment on a surface away from heat sources. Never use the dryer.
Ironing
If it is necessary to iron the plaid, do not use an iron that is too hot, preferably use a lot of steam to revive the fibers by passing the iron over the garment without pressing.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from when the Product was delivered or in the case of purchasing multiple Products delivered separately with a single order, the last product was delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to send an explicit declaration to the e-mail address info@Cloto.it , indicating in the subject the order number and, if desired, the reason for withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. withdrawal.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is no right of withdrawal for:
- personalized orders and for tailor-made orders;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and have been opened after delivery;
- case of even partial use of the product and/or washing of the same.
- goods returned damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), not accompanied by attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original boxes and packaging and the warranty certificate, where present.

The bedding collection includes various sizes to fit standard European sizes. It is essential for the appropriate choice of bedding set to carefully check the size and height of the mattress. Our sets of sheets are packaged considering the conventional measurements of the height of the mattresses, which vary between 20 and 35 cm in thickness. We only use natural fibers in the production of our bedding sets, which can lead to a normal fabric shrinkage of 4-10%. To mitigate this, we produce bedding sets in slightly larger sizes.
